Emerging Leaders Training Session
August 11th-13th - we are having our monthly leadership training session at the Thailand Harvest Plan Headquarters. This week Rev. Hayne Schurz is sharing on the heart of a leader.Leadership is one area that we really need to develop in the lives of our young pastors. As Pastor Hayne and I talked with Pastor Witaya, the national pastor who leads the Thailand Harvest Plan with me, we began to see more and more the need for this teaching.
Please join us in prayer as we continue to teach and train 5 young Thai men to be church leaders in Thailand. We are praying for unity amongst the team, and for revelation to occur in their life. We know that pastoring or leading a church can be difficult. We believe that God is going to encourage and strengthen these young men as they go back to their church.Thank you for your prayers!
